Terms and Conditions

 

CANCELLATION FEES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING)

The initial deposit of $300 is non-refundable.

For cancellations between 90 - 60 days prior to departure - a penalty of 30% will be imposed.

For cancellations between 60 - 30 days prior to departure - a penalty of 80% will be imposed.

For cancellations from 30 days prior to departure -NO REFUNDS.

 

If the minimum number of participants is not met, the price will increase accordingly.

 

AIRLINES AND AIRFARE:

Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Lipkin Tours is not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by the company due to schedule and/or flight changes. Airline fuel charges are included in your airfare. Fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating oil prices. We reserve the right to amend your airfare due to increases in fuel surcharges imposed by your airline. Once issued, tickets are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ARRANGE SEAT REQUESTS ON GROUP SEATING; THIS MUST BE DONE AT CHECK-IN ONLY. Passengers are responsible to reconfirm their flights 72 hours prior to departure for all flights. It is the passengers’ responsibility to know whether the airline participates in the passenger’s frequent flyer program, and to provide the information to their program administrator.

LUGGAGE: All international flights allow one piece of luggage per person and carry-on bag. Excess luggage will be subject to a charge of up to $100 per piece. Airline weight limits for international flights are 50 pounds. Lipkin Tours is not responsible for excess luggage or weight charges levied by the airline.

DEVIATIONS:

Any passenger deviating from the group flights will be subject to the airline charges for the ticket price including: taxes, stopover fees, weekend surcharges, etc. directly to the airline.
The charge to change a ticket purchased through Lipkin Tours is $250.

REMEMBER THAT GROUP RATES MAY NOT APPLY FOR DEVIATING PASSENGERS NOR WILL THEY APPLY FOR TOUR SERIES AND OTHER PACKAGES.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION:

Will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. All rooms are standard twin rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.

Lipkin Tours is not held responsible for damage, loss or theft of luggage/personal items. Any damage/loss/theft must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities to the insurance company.

 

TRANSPORTATION, MEALS AND SIGHTSEEING:

Lipkin Tours provides a deluxe air-conditioned tour bus with the services of an experienced English speaking tour guide and two meals a day (breakfast and dinner at hotel) in the tour price. If you are reserving flights independently, you will need to cover transfer costs to and from the airport in Israel or join the group's transfer even if your flight times do not correspond.

Note: If you have any physical challenges that make it difficult to walk distances, up inclines, climb stairs, carry luggage, ride escalators, or ride in a wheel chair, etc, you will need to travel with a companion who can assist you. Also please notify us of any physical conditions that might affect you while traveling.

 

NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE:

Travel insurance (we recommend you purchase travel insurance coverage policies that would cover you in case of cancellation due to health or family emergencies before and during the trip), health insurance, passport fees, border taxes when applicable, items not listed on standard group menus, mineral water, specialty coffee beverages, after meal beverages, personal expenses not indicated above or specifically mentioned in the itinerary (i.e. laundry, valet service, cables, telephone calls, postage, souvenir money, etc.). Cancelation of tour due to "Force Majeure" - Circumstances not under control of Lipkin tours

If the tour is not able to be implemented due to reasons that are not in the control of Lipkin Tours, the client will be able to choose one of the following options:

For the Land Package services

1- Cancel the reservation and receive a refund. In this case, Lipkin Tours will keep the non-refundable $300 deposit.

2- Choose to join another group tour. The amounts paid will be credited to the new tour. If the tour is cheaper, the client will receive a refund for the difference, if the new tour costs more, an additional fee will be charged.

For airline tickets

Refund for airfare, if booked by Lipkin Tours, will be refunded according to the airline's policy.

Lipkin Tours assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, schedule changes, or irregularity resulting in changes beyond the control of Lipkin Tours to any person or reason including but not limited to default or omission of any private or commercial carrier or third party providing services or facilities connected with this tour or any part thereof.
