Ingredients:
1 small watermelon
200 grams of feta cheese
Fresh mint leaves
Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions:
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes removing any seeds or rind
Crumble or cube the feta cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on top of watermelon
Garnish with fresh mint leaves
If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze for a tangy sweetness
Serve chilled and enjoy
